Alisa was founded in 2023 by Kajsa Undin and Line Borgö, with a shared desire to make everyday life easier and safer for everyone working in healthcare and care.
Kajsa, licensed physiotherapist and former medical officer for rehabilitation (MAR), had for many years seen how difficult it was to live up to the legal requirements and regulations that exist - not because of unwillingness, but because of the lack of the right tools. Healthcare staff lacked effective systems for managing medical devices, which created ambiguity and staff had to spend a lot of time searching for documents and products.
Line, a Master of Science in Engineering in Information Technology, had for a long time developed digital solutions for traceability and compliance in other industries. When Kajsa described everyday life in healthcare, Line immediately realized how her experience could contribute - and the idea for Alisa took shape.

We develop our solutions in close collaboration with healthcare professionals, unit managers, Medical Officer (MAS) and Rehabilitation Officer (MAR). This ensures that the system truly meets the needs of healthcare professionals.
Our basic principle is simple: solutions are created together with the end users.
Principles that guide everything we do at Alisa
Everything we develop is based on the real needs and challenges of healthcare professionals.
We create solutions in collaboration with users, not isolated in a development room.
Our systems should be intuitive and easy to use, not complicated and time-consuming.
We continuously listen to feedback and further develop our solutions.
