Alisa makes everyday life easier for those working in healthcare. The tool assists unit managers, licensed personnel responsible for medical products, aids, and welfare technology, healthcare staff, and medically responsible nurses (MAS) and medically responsible for rehabilitation (MAR).
Alisa also helps you manage consumables, emergency stockpiles, and inventories.
"Alisa has truly facilitated our daily work and provides concrete benefits every day. I finally feel secure knowing we have full control, and we save so much time. It's clear that the system is developed with us users in focus. I would never want to go back to how we did things before we introduced Alisa."

Meet Your New Assistant
Can an app function as an assistant? Yes, we say! Alisa relieves and helps you gain control over all devices to increase patient safety, reduce administration, free up time, and provide full traceability.
Complies with Legal Requirements
Stricter laws and regulations impose high demands on traceability and follow-up of medical products. Alisa has built-in controls and functions that help you easily comply with the law.
Full Traceability
With Alisa, you know where all devices belong, whether they have been checked, and who performed the check. You see if owned and rented equipment is being used and receive notifications about unused rented products that can be returned.
Increased Security
A device that breaks down can be a disaster for the user. Alisa shows when and how functional checks should be performed. This provides higher patient safety and security for healthcare personnel.
Less Administration
With Alisa, you have everything on your mobile. Forget updates in complicated Excel files or old binders. The information becomes quality assured and independent of individuals in this simple tool.
More Time for Care
Alisa aims to make it easier for healthcare personnel to do a good job. It should be quick and easy to administer aids and equipment. Dedicate yourself to what you are truly passionate about—care and nursing.
Improve and Streamline
Responsibilities and costs are often spread across different units and principals. Alisa gives you a better overview: see inventory status, consumption, and use of equipment and consumables.

Questions? We have the answers
Yes. Our customers testify that it gives them great peace of mind to know that they are following rules and regulations. All information is documented and accessible to everyone who needs it, even if staff leave.
The EU regulations Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and In Vitro Diagnostic Device Regulation (IVDR) set high demands for traceability and follow-up of medical devices. This is part of ensuring quality in healthcare and increasing patient safety.
This places increased demands on municipalities and regions where medical devices are used. Alisa is designed to meet these demands.
Here, we have compiled a number of links with more information about medical devices and the regulations that apply.
Alisa offers a monthly license based on the size of the operation. A single operation can choose to purchase the tool, or a municipality can purchase the tool for all operations. Contact us for a price quote for your operation or municipality.
P.S. You can make significant cost savings with Alisa.
Yes. Alisa can be used completely standalone or integrated with other systems, such as EHR systems and quality management systems. This is possible thanks to open APIs.
Yes. Alisa can handle all products, regardless of supplier, distributor, or manufacturer. You, as the customer, own the data and statistics.
Alisa supports several professional groups. Licensed personnel who prescribe assistive devices, managers who want access to statistics and reports, and care staff who, for example, want to know how an assistive device should be handled. MAS, MAR, and healthcare providers who do follow-ups and want access to statistics also greatly benefit from using Alisa.
Yes. Alisa is 100 percent optimized and developed to manage assistive devices, medical devices, welfare technology, and emergency stockpiles in the best way. Alisa was created because there was no one on the market developing the exact systems we were looking for. The alternatives that existed were cumbersome or not independent in relation to distributors. Alisa is designed in close collaboration with licensed personnel, unit managers, medically responsible rehabilitation officers (MAR), medically responsible nurses (MAS), as well as usability experts.

Yes. Alisa Redo is a module fully adapted for emergency stockpiles. You get a quick overview of inventory balances, and you are also reminded when a product's expiration date is approaching. Instead of discarding products whose lifespan has expired, you can use the products in the operations in time and replace them with new ones in the emergency stockpile. Cost-effective and sustainable!
Alisa Redo can be used completely standalone or together with the Alisa assistant.
Yes. All data is stored in the cloud. Login is required in the way you choose – password, BankID, or Freja. No patient data is stored – instead, all equipment is linked to a location.
No. You should be able to get started quickly and not have to spend time manually entering a lot of information. Thanks to our collaborations with manufacturers, Alisa already contains, for example, product information and manuals. You can easily upload your current data into the app from Excel files or other systems.
Of course! We can help both with the practical introduction of the system, inventory, labeling of products, and setting routines in place. The purpose of Alisa is to save time, but in some cases, a one-time effort may be required to create order. If assistive devices need to be cleared out, we have collaborations with aid organizations.
